As a small local ranch we allow our animals plenty of open space for them to range happily compared to crowded feedlots that are often infested with diseases. We control every input to enhance marbling and flavor profiles, never using hormones or additives that reduce the quality of the meat. Our animals are pasture raised and selectively grain-finished to achieve prime grading.
