Reservations for future orders can be more customized with the butcher when arranged before slaughter dates. Local Pick-up or Delivery Only (Mendocino/Sonoma Counties)

The Intro Beef Box
This is ideal for first time bulk meat purchasers without larger freezer space available.

The Quarter Beef Box
Our most popular box size. When ordered ahead of slaughter it can have just about every cut.

This is a side of beef that contains all cuts. When ordered ahead of slaughter it can be fully customized. Will need a full freezer to store.
